Shanghai Gench Education Group Limited (Gench Education) released an announcement dated 23 September 2026 detailing the current composition of its Board of Directors and the membership of its three key committees.

The Board now comprises eight directors: two executive directors—Chairman Zhao Donghui and Ding Zheyin; three non-executive directors—Fang Xiaoge, Ye Qionghai and Zhao Jiaqiao; and three independent non-executive directors—Shi Jianxiang, Hu Rongen and Zhang Aimin.

Committee leadership is concentrated in independent and executive directors.
