Revenue and Profitability • Revenue climbed 3.7 % year on year to RMB 473.62 million. • Gross profit advanced 10.9 % to RMB 218.02 million; gross margin expanded to 46.0 % from 43.0 % a year earlier. • Loss attributable to shareholders narrowed 47.7 % to RMB 18.86 million, while loss before tax shrank 51.6 % to RMB 14.87 million, reflecting stronger operating leverage and tighter cost controls. • Net cash generated from operations reached RMB 40.08 million, reversing a RMB 33.77 million outflow in the prior-year period.

Capital Allocation • Kindstar paid a FY 2025 final dividend of RMB 82.36 million; no interim dividend was declared. • During 1H 2026 the company repurchased 0.38 million shares for HK$0.38 million and bought 0.71 million shares (HK$0.60 million) for its RSU scheme. • Investment outlays included RMB 16.50 million for a 90 % stake in Shanghai Pillar Biotech, adding companion-diagnostics capability, and RMB 73.19 million in unlisted funds.
R&D and Innovation • R&D spending totalled RMB 44.90 million, focused on hematology, oncology and multi-omics platforms. • Forty-four patent applications were filed and thirty-six new R&D projects initiated during the period.
