Laopu Gold Co., Ltd. announced on 24 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company website (www.lphj.com). The report is offered free of charge in printed form upon request to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

In parallel with the report release, Laopu Gold confirmed adoption of the Stock Exchange’s expanded paperless regime under Listing Rule 2.07, which took effect on 31 December 2023. All future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms—will be disseminated electronically via the company and HKEXnews websites.

Investors whose shares are held through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited must provide a functional email address to those intermediaries to receive electronic notifications. Until an email address is supplied, investors will not receive publication alerts and will need to monitor Laopu Gold’s and HKEXnews’s websites proactively.

Shareholders preferring physical copies can complete and return the enclosed reply form or email lphj.ecom@computershare.com.hk, indicating their name and address, to request printed materials. For enquiries, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services can be reached at +852 2862 8688 during business hours.
