Techtronic Industries Company Limited (TTI) has filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, confirming continued share buy-back activity and an unchanged outstanding share count.

TTI’s issued share capital remained at 1.83 billion ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) as of 4 September 2026. The company held no treasury shares, indicating that all repurchased stock is earmarked for cancellation.

Buy-back activity accelerated in late August and early September: • From 25 August to 4 September 2026, TTI repurchased 301,500 shares on the Exchange, equal to 0.016% of its issued share base. • The latest transaction on 4 September involved 35,000 shares at prices between HKD 132.50 and HKD 135.20, for a total outlay of HKD 4.71 million and a volume-weighted average price of HKD 134.53.

Under its current mandate, approved on 8 May 2026, TTI may repurchase up to 182.98 million shares. To date, 3.25 million shares—or 0.18% of the company’s issued share capital at mandate approval—have been bought back, leaving substantial capacity for further repurchases.

Hong Kong listing rules impose a 30-day moratorium on new share issues following a repurchase; consequently, TTI is restricted from issuing or selling new shares until 4 October 2026.

All repurchase transactions were executed in compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, and the company affirmed receipt of all payments and adherence to listing conditions.
