Tongcheng New Materials Sets H-Share Offer Price at HK$44.00

Tongcheng New Materials (09607) has announced that its offer price has been fixed at HK$44.00 per H share, excluding a 1.0% brokerage fee, a 0.0027% SFC transaction levy, a 0.00565% Stock Exchange trading fee, and a 0.00015% AFRC transaction levy.
Assuming the global offering becomes unconditional at or before 8:00 a.m. Hong Kong time on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, the H shares are expected to commence trading on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. Hong Kong time on the same date.
The H shares will be traded in board lots of 100 H shares each.
