GREENTOWN SER Repurchases 228,000 Shares at HKD 4.19; Free Float Slips 0.0073%

Greentown Service Group Co. Ltd. (GREENTOWN SER) disclosed that it repurchased 228,000 ordinary shares on 30 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 4.12 to HKD 4.24, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 4.19, for a total consideration of HKD 0.96 million.

Prior to the transaction, GREENTOWN SER had 3.11184 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares) and 44.89 million treasury shares. Following the buyback, outstanding shares fell to 3.11161 billion, while treasury shares increased to 45.12 million. The repurchase trimmed the company’s free-float by 0.0073%, leaving the overall issued share count unchanged at 3.15673 billion.

The purchase was executed under the share-repurchase mandate granted on 18 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 313.14 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 22.59 million shares, equivalent to 0.72% of the company’s issued share base on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, GREENTOWN SER is subject to a 30-day moratorium—until 30 October 2026—on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares following the latest buyback.
