Digital Domain Holdings Limited has released its 2026 Interim Report. Both the English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.digitaldomain.com) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

In line with the expanded paperless listing regime under Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the company has fully adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, which include annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms. Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to provide functional email addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure timely receipt of electronic notifications. Absent a registered email address, shareholders will need to monitor the company’s and HKEX’s websites independently for new publications.

Shareholders may still obtain printed copies free of charge upon request. Such requests should be directed to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, via email at digitaldomain.ecom@computershare.com.hk or by mail to 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
