Goldstone Capital Group (01160) has announced that Crowe (HK) CPA Limited has retired as the company's auditor with effect from the conclusion of the adjourned annual general meeting.
The retirement follows the failure of Resolution 3, which concerned the reappointment of Crowe (HK) CPA Limited as the company's auditor, to be passed at the adjourned annual general meeting.
