Keppel Ltd. prices CNH1.0 billion notes under US$5.0 billion debt programme

Keppel Ltd. announced the pricing of CNH1.0 billion 1.95 per cent. Series 019 Notes due 2031, issued under its US$5.0 billion multi-currency debt issuance programme.

The five-year notes will be offered at 100 per cent. of their principal amount in denominations of CNH1,000,000 and integral multiples of CNH10,000 thereafter. Interest is fixed at 1.95 per cent. per annum, payable semi-annually in arrears.

DBS Bank Ltd., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Singapore Branch, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. Singapore Branch and United Overseas Bank Limited are acting as joint bookrunners and lead managers for the transaction.

The Series 019 Notes constitute direct, unconditional and unsecured obligations of Keppel Ltd., ranking pari passu with the company’s other unsecured obligations.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate and working capital purposes. The issuance is expected to occur on or about Oct, 9 2026.
