On September 25, 2026, BlackRock, Inc. acquired 6.69 million shares of SD GOLD (H shares) by way of taking a security interest in shares, in an off-exchange transaction involving non-cash assets, not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the acquisition, BlackRock, Inc.'s long position in SD GOLD was 56.56 million shares, representing 5.68%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 63.24 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 6.35%.
