Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited said it bought back 80,000 of its own ordinary shares on Sep, 24 2026 at an average price of US$56.7729 each.
The company added that the repurchased shares will be cancelled.
Following the transaction, Jardine Matheson Holdings reported an issued share capital of 293,015,076 ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right, with no treasury shares in reserve.
