PATEO: Non-Executive Director Gu Yuekun to Step Down on 29 September 2026

PATEO CONNECT Technology (Shanghai) Corporation (PATEO) announced the resignation of Non-Executive Director Mr. Gu Yuekun, effective 29 September 2026, citing work-related arrangements.

Mr. Gu confirmed he has no disagreements with the Board and that no additional matters require shareholder or Hong Kong Stock Exchange attention.

Following his departure, the Board will comprise 4 executive directors (Ying Zhenkai, Zhang Fukai, Xu Zhenhui, Lai Weilin), 1 employee director (Zhang Yi), 2 non-executive directors (Wang Bihui, Ma Xiaoyong) and 7 independent non-executive directors (Dr. Li Yuanpeng, Pang Chunlin, Zhang Xiaoliang, Dr. Liu Gongshen, Xu Lili, Dr. Gu Jinyu, Dr. Huang Xiaolin).

The Board expressed gratitude for Mr. Gu’s contributions during his tenure.
