HESAI-W: Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 48.12%

On September 24, 2026, Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft (Incorporated in the Federal Republic of Germany & members’ liability is limited) acquired 2.56 million shares of HESAI-W (02525) by way of taking a security interest in shares. According to the supplementary information, Deutsche Bank AG, through its subsidiary Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas acting as depositary of the ADR program of the company, increased its security interest. The transaction was an off-exchange transaction with consideration nature of services, and not a direct secondary-market dealing.

Prior to the acquisition, Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft's long position in HESAI-W was 498.46 million shares, representing 47.88%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 501.02 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 48.12%.
