InnoTek Limited said on Sep, 28 2026 that it has been approved for the Elevate Grant under Singapore Exchange’s 30 million Singapore dollars Value Unlock Programme and will partner long-time adviser WeR1 Consultants Pte. Ltd. to expand its investor relations activities.

The Elevate Grant reimburses up to 50% of qualifying costs for listed companies seeking to strengthen investor relations, corporate strategy and financial management. InnoTek plans to use the funding to sharpen its equity story, boost outreach to institutional investors, research analysts and business media, and set measurable engagement benchmarks.

Listed on the SGX Mainboard since Jan, 07 1998, InnoTek is transforming from a precision metal components maker into a technology-focused solutions provider for the AI server, new energy and robotics markets. The group operates manufacturing facilities in China, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia, and maintains its headquarters in Singapore.

Recent milestones include gaining approved-vendor status with NVIDIA Corporation for GPU server components and raising 16 million Singapore dollars via a private placement in Apr, 2026 to support expansion into AI and new-energy segments.

WeR1 Consultants, which has advised InnoTek since 2004, is an approved service provider under SGX’s Value Unlock initiative and will execute the upgraded investor relations programme.
