Hong Kong-listed FIT Hon Teng Limited announced on 30 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the websites of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX) and the Company (www.fit-foxconn.com). The filing complies with HKEX Listing Rule 2.07A, which mandates an expanded paper-less regime and electronic dissemination of corporate communications effective 31 December 2023.

Going forward, all corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided electronically via the Company’s and HKEX’s websites. Printed copies will no longer be dispatched by default but will be supplied free of charge upon shareholder request.

Shareholders are encouraged to register a valid email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the accompanying reply form or by returning the signed form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Absent a functional email address, shareholders will need to check the Company’s and HKEX’s websites proactively for updates; actionable corporate communications will continue to be mailed in hard copy.

Requests for printed versions of future corporate communications may be lodged via email (fit.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or in writing to the registrar. Such instructions remain effective for one year from receipt and must be renewed thereafter.
