CN Logistics International Holdings Limited has published its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.cnlogistics.com.hk) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders are encouraged to access the digital report, which the board views as the primary channel for corporate communications.

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties retrieving the online version, or who prefer hard copies, can request printed English, Chinese or bilingual versions free of charge. To obtain physical copies of the current Interim Report or all future corporate communications, investors must complete and sign the accompanying Request Form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Shareholders holding shares via banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited should provide a valid email address to their intermediary if they wish to receive electronic notifications of future publications.
