Dynasty Digital Offers Shareholders Digital-First Option for Future Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Sep 25

Dynasty Digital Holdings Limited has informed newly registered shareholders that, in line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules 2.07A and 2.07B and the company’s Bye-Laws, they can now choose how to receive all future corporate communications dated from 25 September 2026 onward.

Shareholders may select one of four formats: 1. Website access only (default if no response by 25 October 2026). 2. Printed English version by mail. 3. Printed Chinese version by mail. 4. Both printed English and Chinese versions by mail.

The board, chaired by Zhu Gongshan, recommends the Website Version to minimize paper usage and reduce printing and postage expenses. Elections should be made via the enclosed reply form and returned to Tricor Investor Services Limited, Dynasty Digital’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, by post, by hand, or via a scanned copy emailed to 451-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders may alter their choice at any time with at least five business days’ written notice. Printed copies remain available free of charge upon request, and both language versions will be accessible on the company’s website (www.gcldynastydigital.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

For enquiries, investors can contact Tricor’s hotline on +852 2980 1333 during business hours.
