PAGODA GP Repurchases 1.76 Million H Shares, Lifts Treasury Stock to 35.59 Million

Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (abbrev. PAGODA GP) disclosed a share buyback executed on 22 September 2026 under its existing mandate approved on 5 June 2026.

The company repurchased 1.76 million H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 1.48 and HKD 1.525, for a total consideration of HKD 2.65 million. The volume-weighted average price was approximately HKD 1.51 per share.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.09 % to 1.97 billion. • Treasury shares increased from 33.83 million to 35.59 million. • The total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 2.00 billion, as the repurchased shares are being held in treasury and have not been cancelled.

Cumulative utilisation of the 198.35 million-share buyback mandate has reached 18.34 million shares, representing 0.92 % of the company’s issued share base on the mandate date. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, PAGODA GP is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 22 October 2026.
