Beisen Holding Completes HK$0.34 Million On-Market Buyback, Slightly Trims Free Float

Beisen Holding Limited repurchased 105,200 ordinary shares on 30 September 2026 via on-market transactions, paying an aggregate HK$0.34 million. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$3.16 to HK$3.25, giving a volume-weighted average cost of HK$3.20 per share.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) fell by 0.0147% to 717.30 million. • Treasury shares increased to 20.81 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 738.11 million.

The buyback forms part of Beisen’s mandate approved on 17 September 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 71.92 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 1.97 million shares, representing 0.27% of the shares outstanding at the time the authorisation was granted.

No repurchased shares have been cancelled to date; all are being held as treasury stock. Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Beisen is restricted from issuing, selling or transferring treasury shares until 30 October 2026.
