NetDragon Invites Shareholders to Select Preferred Method for Future Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Sep 22

NetDragon has issued a formal notification enabling shareholders to choose how they wish to receive future corporate communications. Investors may now opt for one of five formats:

1) Electronic access, whereby shareholders receive email or postal alerts directing them to the Company’s website (www.nd.com.cn) for the full document; 2) Printed English version by post; 3) Printed Chinese version by post; 4) Bilingual printed versions in both English and Chinese by post.

To exercise their preference, shareholders must complete and return the designated Reply Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited—NetDragon’s Hong Kong branch share registrar—via email (777-ecom@vistra.com), fax (+852 2890 9350), or post. If no response is received by 23 October 2026, shareholders will be deemed to have consented to the electronic option and will thereafter receive only notification letters when new materials are uploaded to the Company’s website.

The selected communication method will remain in force for all subsequent corporate publications unless the registrar is advised otherwise. Both printed and electronic versions of all future documents will be available free of charge upon request. For assistance with the Reply Form, investors can contact Tricor’s enquiry hotline at +852 2980 1333 during business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
