RUIYUAN IC TECH (08249) has announced that Mr. Cheng Kit Chit has stepped down from his roles as joint company secretary and authorised representative under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, effective 26 August 2026, citing other work commitments.

Mr. Cheng will retain his position as the authorised representative designated to receive legal process documents on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622).

Following this change, Ms. Chow Ching, the other joint company secretary, will assume the role of sole company secretary and has been appointed as the authorised representative under the Listing Rules, effective 26 August 2026. Mr. Cheng has also been named as the alternate authorised representative to Ms. Chow under the Listing Rules, taking effect on the same date.
