To guarantee safe, smooth, and orderly road traffic during the National Day holiday, the traffic management department of the public security bureau in Cangnan County will implement temporary traffic management measures on certain roads surrounding the 168 Golden Coastline scenic area, Yucang Mountain, Wanyao, and the 312 Mine Cave attraction in Fanshan Town. The relevant notices are as follows.
Notice on Temporary Traffic Management Measures for Certain Roads Around the 168 Golden Coastline Scenic Area During the National Day Holiday
1. Implementation area: Certain roads surrounding the 168 Golden Coastline scenic area.
2. Implementation period: October 1 to October 7, 2026.
3. Implementation measures.
(1) Longtaibei Scenic Area. Vehicles coming from the direction of Yanting urban area may travel along the old Yanting-Chongjia'ao road and the 168 Highway. Vehicles coming from the Longgang direction may travel via the Beiling Tunnel and the 168 Highway. All vehicles must park on the mountain side. Unordered and irregular parking is strictly prohibited; violators will be penalized and towed away. When traffic volume reaches saturation, traffic control will be implemented, and vehicles will be prohibited from driving toward the Longtaibei Scenic Area. (2) Yanting Beach Scenic Area. 1. Youyi West Road → Yanxi Road → Wenxing Avenue in Yanting urban area will implement counterclockwise one-way traffic. Vehicles enter via Youyi West Road and exit via Youyi West Road → Yanxi Road → Wenxing Avenue or the Guanzaoyan Highway connector. Yinhe Road → Zhongxing Street → Wenxing Avenue will implement counterclockwise one-way traffic. The old Yanting-Chongjia'ao road will implement south-to-north one-way traffic; vehicles may exit via the old Yanting-Chongjia'ao road, the 168 Highway, and the Beiling Tunnel. The Yanting section of Guanzaoyan Highway will implement east-to-west one-way traffic; vehicles may enter Guanzaoyan Highway at the Yanxi Road intersection of Wenxing Avenue and exit at the Golden Avenue intersection of Guanzaoyan Highway, the Guanzaoyan Highway intersection of the G228 connector, and the Golden Avenue intersection of the G228 connector. When traffic volume reaches saturation, traffic control will be implemented, and vehicles will be prohibited from entering. Local residents' vehicles may pass normally after verification by on-site management personnel using identity cards, driver's licenses, and other credentials. 2. There are four public parking lots around Yanting Beach: the Yanting School parking lot, the Xisha Village Youyi Road tunnel entrance parking lot, the Zhongxing Road parking lot, and the Wenxing Avenue broadcasting station parking lot. There are also four roadside temporary parking areas: Youyi West Road, Wenxing Avenue, the Guanzaoyan Highway connector, and the roadside parking area of the old Yanting-Chongjia'ao road. Tourist vehicles may park in an orderly manner under the guidance of on-site management personnel. Unordered and irregular parking is strictly prohibited; violators will be penalized and towed away. (3) Shipeng Boardwalk, SWEETU Oil Tank Coffee, and other attractions. Vehicles coming from the Yanting and Dayu directions may travel along the 168 Highway and, under the guidance of on-site management personnel, drive to parking lots or roadside parking areas. When traffic volume reaches saturation, Zhaoxia Road-168 Highway (Shipeng community) will implement counterclockwise one-way traffic. Vehicles from the Yanting direction should detour in advance to Zhushi Line or travel along Zhaoxia Road. Vehicles from the Dayu direction may travel along the 168 Highway or detour in advance to the Jinxiang connector of the 168 Highway, Longkui Line, and other roads. (4) Haitang Helmet Sunset Coffee, Tinghai Station, Luzhu Bay, Banshanhai Coffee, and other attractions. Tourist vehicles may travel along the 168 Highway and, under the guidance of on-site management personnel, drive to parking lots or roadside parking areas. Unordered and irregular parking is strictly prohibited; violators will be penalized and towed away. When traffic volume reaches saturation, traffic control will be implemented. Vehicles from the Chixi direction will be guided to detour in advance to G228 National Highway. Vehicles from the Jinxiang direction will be guided to detour in advance to Longkui Line, the Jinxiang connector of the 168 Highway, and other roads. (5) Wangjiashan Beach, Huanhai Station, Zonglvwan Black Sand Beach, Jiucaiyuan Tourist Station, Yuan Yu Hai Coffee, Endless Blue Observation Deck, Luojiashan Flight Base, and other attractions. Tourist vehicles may travel along the 168 Highway and park in an orderly manner under the guidance of on-site management personnel. Except for parking spaces, unordered and irregular parking along the route is prohibited; violators will be penalized and towed away. When traffic volume reaches saturation, traffic control will be implemented, and vehicles will be diverted away via Hujing Village Road, Fanchi Line, G228 National Highway, and other roads. When traffic volume at Yuliao Scenic Area reaches saturation, vehicles will be prohibited from driving toward Yuliao. (6) Wucheng Beach, Yuliao Beach, Wangsun Beach, Houcao, and other scenic areas. 1. Longkui Line (Yuliao-Xiakui) will implement east-to-west one-way traffic. The 168 Highway (Wangsun-Houcao) will implement north-to-south one-way traffic, with vehicles allowed to exit only, not enter. Lanhai Tunnel will implement east-to-west one-way traffic, with vehicles allowed to exit only, not enter. The nuclear power connector will implement south-to-north one-way traffic depending on traffic flow, with vehicles allowed to exit only, not enter. Village roads including Wangsun, Huguling, Laoshudi, and Lanshan Village will implement one-way traffic, with vehicles allowed to exit only, not enter. 2. Vehicles may travel along S326 Provincial Road, G228 National Highway, the 168 Highway, the Yuliao branch line, and other roads. Under the guidance of on-site management personnel, they should drive to parking lots or roadside temporary parking areas and park in an orderly manner. Unordered and irregular parking is strictly prohibited; violators will be penalized and towed away. When traffic volume reaches saturation, traffic control will be implemented with a slow-in, fast-out approach. (7) Xiaguan Old Street, Changsha Beach, and other scenic areas. 1. Haibin Road (S326 Provincial Road to the intersection of Haibin Road and Jinsha Road) will implement north-to-south one-way traffic, and Jinsha Road (from the intersection of Haibin Road and Jinsha Road to S326 Provincial Road) will implement south-to-north one-way traffic. Tourist vehicles may enter and exit Xiaguan Old Street, Changsha Beach, and other attractions via X528 County Road, S326 Provincial Road, and the 168 Highway. When traffic volume reaches saturation, vehicles will be guided to leave via X528 County Road, Xinlin Village Road, and the 168 Highway, and vehicles will be prohibited from driving toward the Xiaguan urban area. When Hailuowan Scenic Area reaches saturation, vehicles will be prohibited from driving along the 168 Highway toward Mazhan. 2. The 168 Highway (Nanping-Yaodong) will be closed, and social vehicles will be prohibited from passing. 3. Roads around Changsha Beach will implement one-way traffic. Vehicles must park in an orderly manner on the mountain side. Unordered and irregular parking is strictly prohibited; violators will be penalized and towed away. 4. Due to limited road traffic conditions, during the National Day holiday, medium and heavy trucks will be prohibited from passing on roads surrounding the 168 Golden Coastline scenic area. 1. Implementation area: Certain roads surrounding Yucang Mountain, Wanyao, and other scenic areas.
2. Implementation period: October 1 to October 7, 2026.
3. Implementation measures.
(1) Tourist vehicles heading to Yucang Mountain from the Lingxi direction may travel along Tongfu Road-Sangxi Line-Qiaoyu Line or Tongfu Road-Lingxi Line-G104 National Highway-Qiaoyu Line. Tourist vehicles heading to Yucang Mountain from the Fuding direction may travel along G104 National Highway-Qiaoyu Line or Tongfu Road-Guilan Road-Qiaoyu Line. Under the guidance of on-site management personnel, they should drive in an orderly manner to parking lots. Unordered and irregular parking is strictly prohibited; violators will be penalized and towed away.
(2) When traffic flow at Yucang Mountain Scenic Area reaches saturation, traffic control will be implemented with a slow-in, fast-out approach. Shiteng Line will implement east-to-west one-way traffic, and Qiaonan Line (Shiteng Line-Wanyao) will implement north-to-south one-way traffic. When traffic flow exceeds saturation, vehicles will be prohibited from driving toward Yucang Mountain and should leave via Qiaonan Line, Qiaoyu Line, Naocang Line, Lingxi Line, Sangxi Line, and other roads.
(3) Tourist vehicles heading to Wanyao, Dingbutou, and other scenic areas may travel along Qiaonan Line, Yunshan Street, and other roads. They should park in an orderly manner under the guidance of on-site management personnel. Unordered and irregular parking is strictly prohibited; violators will be penalized and towed away. When traffic flow reaches saturation, traffic control will be implemented with a slow-in, fast-out approach. When traffic flow at Yucang Mountain exceeds saturation, vehicles coming from the Wanyao direction will be prohibited from driving via Qiaonan Line toward Yucang Mountain and will be guided to leave via Qiaonan Line, Qiaoyu Line, and other roads. 4. Due to limited road traffic conditions, during the National Day holiday, medium and heavy trucks will be prohibited from passing on roads surrounding Yucang Mountain and Wanyao scenic areas, including Qiaonan Line, Qiaoyu Line, and Shiteng Line. 3. Implementation measures. Tourist vehicles may travel along S326 Provincial Road-Fanchi Line-Gaolan Road. Vehicles may drive to parking lots around the attraction. If the parking lots are full, they may park in an orderly manner on one side of the road. Unordered and irregular parking is strictly prohibited; violators will be penalized and towed away. When traffic flow at the attraction reaches saturation, traffic control will be implemented, and vehicles will be prohibited from driving toward the 312 Mine Cave Scenic Area.
