CITIC Securities Company Limited (600030.SH) has issued an announcement that on September 28, 2026, Mr. Zhang Youjun, the company's chairman, submitted a resignation report to the board of directors due to reaching retirement age, resigning from his positions as executive director, chairman, legal representative, chairman of the board's Development Strategy and ESG Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee.

On the same day, Mr. Zou Yingguang, the company's executive director and general manager, resigned from his position as general manager due to work adjustments.

The board of directors elected Mr. Zou Yingguang as the company's chairman, legal representative, and member of the board's Nomination Committee, with his term of office commencing from the date of approval by this board meeting until the expiry of the eighth board of directors' term.

In addition, the board agreed that during the period when the company's general manager position is vacant, Mr. Zou Yingguang shall perform the duties of the company's general manager on an interim basis.
