Hong Kong, 24 September 2026 — Bosideng International Holdings Limited executed an on-market repurchase of 3.00 million ordinary shares on 24 September 2026, spending HK$12.03 million at prices ranging from HK$3.995 to HK$4.015 per share. The volume-weighted average price for the day was approximately HK$4.01.

Including the latest transaction, the company has bought back 16.00 million shares between 21 and 24 September 2026 for cancellation. The four-day programme was carried out at a blended average cost of about HK$3.97 per share, representing a total cash outlay of roughly HK$63.55 million.

As the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled, Bosideng’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 11.73 billion shares. Once cancelled, the repurchases will represent 0.14% of the company’s issued shares as at the 20 August 2026 mandate date.

The current buyback is being conducted under the general mandate approved by shareholders on 20 August 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 1.17 billion shares. To date, 16.00 million shares, or 0.14% of the mandate limit, have been utilised.

In accordance with Main Board Rule 10.06, Bosideng is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 24 October 2026.
