ZHIHUI MINING (02546) has announced that it intends to exercise its authority under the buyback mandate to repurchase shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited through on-market transactions from time to time, with a proposed aggregate amount not exceeding HK$50 million.
The proposed share repurchase period will expire on the earliest of the following dates: (a) the conclusion of the next annual general meeting; (b) the date by which the company's articles of association or any applicable laws require the next annual general meeting to be held; or (c) the date on which shareholders revoke or vary such authority by ordinary resolution at a general meeting of the company.
