MICROWARE Experiences Significant Share Transfer Totaling HK$166 Million, Representing 20.93% of Holdings

Hong Kong stock exchange data reveals a notable share transfer involving MICROWARE (01985) on June 15th.

The total value of the transferred shares amounted to HK$166 million, accounting for 20.93% of the holdings.

A shareholder transferred 6,080 shares into Aston Capital Management and transferred out 61.338 million shares from SBI China Capital Financial Services.

MICROWARE also released its interim results for the six-month period ended September 30, 2025.

The company reported revenue of HK$659 million, representing an 8.59% decrease year-on-year.

Profit attributable to owners of the company for the period was HK$2.432 million, a significant decline of 80.03% compared to the previous year.

Basic earnings per share stood at HK$0.01.

According to the announcement, the decrease in total revenue was primarily due to a reduction in revenue from the IT infrastructure solutions services business segment.

Revenue from this segment for the period was approximately HK$591 million, a decrease of about HK$58 million, or 8.9%, compared to approximately HK$649 million in the prior period.
