GDC Subsidiary Prevails in RMB129.80 Million Litigation; Court Dismisses Pearl River Film Production Claims

Global Digital Creations Holdings Limited (GDC) reported that its indirectly wholly owned subsidiary, Institute of Digital Media Technology (Shenzhen) Limited, received a civil judgment from the Guangzhou Intermediate People’s Court on 31 August 2026. The court dismissed in full the Plaintiff Pearl River Film Production’s claims totaling approximately RMB129.80 million.
Both parties retain the right to appeal within 15 days of service of the judgment. GDC stated it will release further announcements in accordance with GEM Listing Rules should there be any material developments.
The company advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in GDC securities.
