More than one hundred overseas Chinese, compatriots from Hong Kong and Macau, and returned overseas Chinese attending the Shijiazhuang gathering for global Chinese exchange conducted research tours on September 20th, focusing on industrial innovation, urban renewal, and ecological conservation.
After visiting CPC's Jushi Biopharmaceutical facility, Wu Jianping, a standing committee member of the China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and president of the Guizhou Overseas Chinese Business Association, praised the high level of integration between Shijiazhuang's pharmaceutical sector and its broader health industry. He noted the immense market potential of the silver economy, stating that future investment decisions made by his group would favor Shijiazhuang.
The delegation's favorable impression highlights the city's growing appeal as a hub for medical and wellness innovation, particularly in catering to the needs of an aging population.
