Jul 28

Techtronic Industries Company Limited disclosed that it repurchased 32,000 ordinary shares on 28 July 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging between HK$125.10 and HK$131.00, for a total consideration of HK$4.08 million. All shares bought back are intended for cancellation, and none will be held as treasury stock.

Including the latest transaction, the company has accumulated 200,000 shares for cancellation through daily repurchases conducted between 20 July and 28 July 2026. These repurchases represent approximately 0.011% of the 1.83 billion issued shares outstanding before the transactions began. Despite the buybacks, the issued share capital remained unchanged at 1,827,824,441 shares as of 28 July 2026 because the repurchased shares had not yet been cancelled.

The 28 July operation was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 8 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 182.98 million shares. Year-to-date repurchases under this mandate total 2.60 million shares, equivalent to 0.142% of the company’s issued share base at the time of approval.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Techtronic Industries is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares following the latest repurchase, lasting until 27 August 2026.
