Beauty Farm Executes Minor Share Buyback; Outstanding Shares Dip 0.0018%

Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. (Beauty Farm) reported a small-scale share repurchase executed on 30 September 2026 under its existing mandate approved on 26 June 2026.

The company bought back 4,500 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 18.92 and HKD 19.04 per share, for a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 18.99. Total consideration amounted to HKD 0.09 million. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury shares.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined to 247.65 million from 247.65 million, a marginal reduction of 0.0018%. • Treasury shares increased to 3.95 million. • Total shares in issue remained unchanged at 251.59 million.

Since receiving shareholder authorisation to repurchase up to 24.85 million shares, Beauty Farm has repurchased 873,000 shares, equivalent to 0.35% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is now subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 30 October 2026.
