CR Beverage Reports 6.23 Million-Share Buyback; Issued Capital Steady at 2.40 Billion Shares

China Resources Beverage (Holdings) Company Limited (CR Beverage) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 30 September 2026, confirming no change in its outstanding share capital while detailing ongoing share repurchases.

CR Beverage’s issued share count remained unchanged at 2.40 billion ordinary shares as of 30 September 2026. During the month-end trading session on 30 September, the company repurchased 270,000 shares on the Exchange at prices ranging from HK$7.33 to HK$7.40 per share, for a total consideration of HK$1.99 million.

The latest transaction lifted the cumulative number of shares bought back under the current mandate—granted on 1 June 2026—to 6.23 million, equivalent to 0.26 % of the company’s issued shares on the mandate’s adoption date. All repurchased shares are intended for cancellation; none are being held as treasury stock.

Across 21 on-market sessions between 28 August and 30 September, repurchase volumes ranged from 155,000 to 622,200 shares per day, executed at volume-weighted average prices between HK$7.15 and HK$7.44.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, CR Beverage is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares following the latest buyback, expiring on 30 October 2026.
