ICBC Declares Interim Dividend of RMB1.511 per 10 Shares; Ex-Dividend on 9 Oct, Payable 25 Nov 2026

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC) has released the key dates and terms for its interim dividend covering the six months ended 30 June 2026.

The Board approved a cash distribution of RMB1.511 for every 10 shares, following shareholder endorsement on 29 September 2026. The dividend will be settled on 25 November 2026.

Key timetable • Ex-dividend date: 9 October 2026 • Last day to transfer shares for entitlement: 12 October 2026 (16:30) • Book-closure period: 13–20 October 2026 • Record date: 20 October 2026 • Currency election deadline: 5 November 2026 (16:30)

Currency arrangement The default payment will be in Hong Kong dollars; the exact HKD conversion rate will be announced later. Shareholders may elect to receive RMB, fixed at RMB1.511 per 10 shares. Partial currency election is restricted to Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Nominees Limited.

Withholding tax framework • Non-resident enterprises: 10% • Non-resident individuals: 10% (treaty benefits available where applicable) • Southbound Trading investors: 20% (individuals, enterprises, and funds) • Northbound Trading investors: 10% (treaty relief handled in accordance with SAT guidance)

Domestic enterprise investors under Southbound Trading will self-declare and settle any tax payable.

The share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, will administer share transfers and election processing at its Wanchai office.
