On 30 September 2026, the subsidiary of the company, Jingcang New Energy, acting as the employer, entered into the Yuqiao EPC Contract with China Construction Second Engineering Bureau and PowerChina Beijing, both acting as contractors.
Under the Yuqiao EPC Contract, China Construction Second Engineering Bureau and PowerChina Beijing will carry out the Yuqiao works for the construction of the Yuqiao project facilities. The contract price for the Yuqiao EPC Contract is approximately RMB 267 million, inclusive of tax.

Under the Zhaowang EPC Contract, China Construction Second Engineering Bureau and PowerChina Beijing will carry out the Zhaowang works for the construction of the Zhaowang project facilities. The contract price for the Zhaowang EPC Contract is approximately RMB 265 million, inclusive of tax.
The group has accelerated the pace of expanding the scale of clean energy development and enlarging the scale of its renewable energy business, and has focused on diversifying its operations.
The decision to enter into the EPC Contracts aligns, at a strategic level, with national policy aimed at promoting the construction of large-scale energy bases, especially in relation to distributed energy.
This move not only supports the government's objectives of promoting energy diversification and sustainable development, but also places the company in a favorable position amid the evolving energy landscape.
In addition, advancing the diversification of the energy mix will enable the company to balance its portfolio through multiple energy sources, enhance its flexibility and sustainability, and is expected to drive sustainable growth and create better returns for shareholders.
These EPC Contracts represent the group's ongoing efforts to develop wind farm projects in the Northeast, North China and Northwest regions.
Entering into these EPC Contracts for the wind farms located in Yuqiao Town and Zhaowang Town, Dongguang County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, will be consistent with the national policy of deploying large-scale power bases, as well as the group's strategy of further developing and diversifying its clean energy portfolio.
