SHK PPT: Ho Lai Edward Kwok Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 20.02%

On September 24, 2026, Ho Lai Edward Kwok (through a company held indirectly under certain discretionary trusts of which he is a beneficiary) bought 338,000 shares of SHK PPT (00016) on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 107.7373 per share, involving about HKD 36.42 million, an on-exchange active trade and a direct dealing in the secondary market.
Prior to the acquisition, Ho Lai Edward Kwok's long position in SHK PPT was 579.85 million shares, representing 20.01%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 580.18 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 20.02%.
