GSH Corporation raises 17.64 million Singapore dollars from four commercial paper issues

GSH Corporation Limited announced on Sep, 24 2026 that it has successfully closed its G017, G616, G212A and G212B commercial paper issues, securing 17.64 million Singapore dollars in aggregate gross proceeds.

Dr. Sam Goi Seng Hui, the company’s controlling shareholder, executive chairman and executive director, together with chief executive officer and executive director Gilbert Ee Guan Hui, subscribed for a combined 10.0 million Singapore dollars, representing 100.0% of the G212B Issue and 59.51% of the G017 Issue.

The digital securities from all four issuances are scheduled to list on the ADDX digital platform on Sep, 25 2026. GSH Corporation stated that it will provide further updates on the commercial paper programme and related issuances as necessary.
