Hua Medicine, a Cayman-incorporated biopharmaceutical company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, has released the English and Chinese versions of its Interim Report 2026. The document is accessible on both the company’s website (www.huamedicine.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).
Non-registered shareholders will receive an email or postal notice of the report’s web availability—provided their intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited) have supplied valid contact details to the company. Investors are encouraged to furnish functional email addresses to these intermediaries to facilitate electronic communication.
Shareholders who encounter difficulties accessing the online report, or who prefer hard copies, can obtain printed versions free of charge. To do so, they must complete and sign the accompanying Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong), using the prepaid mailing label or via email at 2552-ecom@vistra.com.
The selected delivery preference will apply to all future corporate communications until written notice is provided or until 31 December 2028, whichever is earlier. Shareholders with enquiries may contact Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Dr. Li Chen, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, signed the notification dated 24 September 2026 on behalf of Hua Medicine.
