Ltd (Jinchuan Intl) announced on 9 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its Offeree Document relating to the company’s unconditional voluntary cash partial offer have been published on both the corporate website (www.jinchuan-intl.com) and HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to review the document online; however, those preferring hard copies may complete and return the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong. The form can be submitted by post—postage-paid within Hong Kong—or by emailing a scanned copy to companysec2362@jinchuan-intl.com.

Shareholders who hold their shares via banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited and wish to receive future corporate communications electronically must supply a functional email address to their respective intermediaries.
