Saint Bella Group Limited repurchased 55,000 ordinary shares on 28 September 2026 under its authorised buyback mandate, according to the company’s Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired on-market at prices ranging between HKD 2.85 and HKD 2.90, for an average consideration of HKD 2.88 per share and a total outlay of HKD 0.16 million.
The transaction reduced the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) by 0.0089% to 616.13 million shares, while increasing treasury shares to 6.06 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 622.20 million.
Since shareholders approved the buyback mandate on 30 June 2026 authorising the repurchase of up to 62.22 million shares, Saint Bella has acquired 6.06 million shares, equivalent to 0.97% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.
In line with Hong Kong listing rules, a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals will remain in effect until 28 October 2026.
