BDV EDU INTL Appoints New Auditor Following Resignation of Previous Firm

The board of BDV EDU INTL (ASX: 01082) has announced a change in the company's auditor.
This follows the resignation of the previous auditor, Tianzhi, which took effect from June 26, 2026, after the two parties were unable to reach a consensus on the proposed audit fees for the group's consolidated financial statements for the year ending on that date.
Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has appointed New Wing CPA Limited as the company's new auditor, effective from June 26, 2026, to fill the casual vacancy created by the resignation.
