MONTAGE TECH: Morgan Stanley Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 6.03%

On September 25, 2026, Morgan Stanley acquired 460,010 shares of MONTAGE TECH (H shares) via an off-exchange transaction, causing its long position ratio to increase. Concurrently, Morgan Stanley borrowed shares under a securities lending agreement, increasing its short position from 2.74 million shares to 3.04 million shares. Neither transaction was a direct secondary-market dealing.

Prior to the acquisition, Morgan Stanley's long position in MONTAGE TECH was 4.11 million shares, representing 5.42%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 4.57 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 6.03%. Separately, the short position increased from 2.74 million shares (3.61%) to 3.04 million shares (4.01%).
