UBOX Cuts Free Float by 0.01% Through HKD 0.21 Million Share Buyback

Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (UBOX) reported that it repurchased 117,000 H-shares on 23 September 2026, executing all trades on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 1.715 to HKD 1.85 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HKD 1.8032, bringing total cash outflow for the day to HKD 0.21 million.

Following the transaction, issued shares excluding treasury holdings fell by 0.012% to 977.40 million, while treasury shares rose to 9.79 million. Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 987.18 million shares.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 28 May 2026, which authorises UBOX to repurchase up to 94.65 million shares. Since the mandate’s adoption, 9.79 million shares—equivalent to 1.03% of the authorised amount—have been bought back, leaving capacity for an additional 84.86 million shares.

Under Main Board Rule 10.06, UBOX is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 23 October 2026.
