On September 20, 2026, Target International Trustee Limited acquired 806.58 million shares of NEW HIGHER EDU (02001) off-exchange as a non-cash asset transaction, upon replacing IQ EQ Trustees (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. as trustee of the Li Family Trust and becoming the sole shareholder of Lendit Holdings Limited. This acquisition was not a direct secondary-market dealing.
