Beisen Holding Limited disclosed that it bought back 607,400 ordinary shares on 22 September 2026 through on-market transactions executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The repurchases were carried out at prices ranging from HK$3.00 to HK$3.09 per share, representing a volume-weighted consideration of HK$1.85 million.

Post-transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.08 % to 718.04 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 20.04 million. The total number of issued shares remains unchanged at 738.08 million, as the repurchased shares are being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

The buyback was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 17 September 2026, which authorises Beisen to repurchase up to 71.92 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 1.21 million shares, equal to 0.17 % of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.

A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or sales/transfer of treasury shares is in effect until 22 October 2026, in line with Hong Kong Listing Rules.
