On September 24, 2026, Ping Luen Raymond Kwok acquired 338,000 shares of SHK PPT (00016) on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 107.7373 per share, involving approximately HKD 36.42 million. The shares were purchased by a company held indirectly under certain discretionary trusts, of which Mr. Kwok is a beneficiary. This was an on-exchange active trade, representing a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Kwok's long position in SHK PPT was 602.74 million shares, representing 20.8% of the issued shares; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 603.08 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 20.81%.
