Centurion Corporation Limited (OU8) announced on Sep, 25 2026 that it has signed a sale and purchase agreement to buy the 26-storey Yan Woo Building in North Point, Hong Kong, for about 59.4 million Singapore dollars.

The transaction will be executed through a 50:50 joint venture with Centurion Properties Pte. Ltd., the company’s controlling shareholder. Yan Woo Building contains 42 apartment units and nine street-level to second-floor commercial units, providing a total gross floor area of roughly 34,286 square feet.

Completed in 2000, the property is located at the junction of Java Road and Tong Shui Road, three minutes’ walk from the North Point MTR station and near the Victoria Harbour waterfront. Existing tenants in the commercial space—covering food and beverage, pharmacy, telecommunications, veterinary services and convenience retail—are expected to deliver immediate rental income.

Centurion plans progressive renovation of the residential units to upgrade them for the rental market while maintaining operations of the income-generating commercial floors. Chief Executive Officer Kong Chee Min said the purchase offers an attractive entry price and strengthens the group’s rental accommodation presence in Hong Kong.
