Hong Kong stocks saw optical communication and PCB concept stocks rally during intraday trading. YOFC and DELTON rose nearly 7%, while VGT, KINGBOARD HLDG, and KB LAMINATES climbed over 4%. CIG and ZJ INNOLIGHT gained more than 3%.
