Jinxun Resources Declares RMB 0.30 Interim Dividend for 1H26; Payment Set for 30 November

Yunnan Jinxun Resources Co., Ltd. announced an interim cash dividend of RMB 0.30 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Based on the exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 1.154908, shareholders on Hong Kong’s register will receive HKD 0.346472 per share.

Key dates: • Ex-dividend: 15 October 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 16 October 2026 (by 16:30) • Book-closure period: 20–23 October 2026 • Record date: 23 October 2026 • Payment date: 30 November 2026

Tax treatment: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% withholding. • Non-resident individual shareholders: 20% withholding.

The dividend remains subject to shareholder approval at the 12 October 2026 meeting. Payment will be handled by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.
