Zhou Hei Ya Continues Buyback; 14.48 Million Shares Await Cancellation After 30 September 2026 Repurchases

Zhou Hei Ya International Holdings Company Limited disclosed that its issued share capital remained unchanged at 2.08 billion ordinary shares between 29 and 30 September 2026. No new shares were issued during the period.

The company has intensified its share repurchase programme. From 1 June to 30 September 2026 it bought back 14.48 million shares that are earmarked for cancellation, representing approximately 0.70% of the current issued share base. The latest transaction, executed on 30 September 2026, involved 158,000 shares repurchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 1.055 to HKD 1.075, for a total consideration of HKD 0.17 million.

Under the shareholder mandate granted on 10 June 2026, Zhou Hei Ya is authorised to repurchase up to 211.29 million shares. As of 30 September 2026, 12.49 million shares have been repurchased under this mandate, accounting for 0.59% of the company’s issued shares as at the mandate date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issuance or sale of treasury shares extends through 30 October 2026 following the latest buyback.

All repurchases were executed in compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board Rules, and there have been no material changes to the company’s explanatory statement dated 20 April 2026.
