Vitasoy International Holdings Limited (Vitasoy Int'l) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 30 September 2026 confirming another on-market share repurchase and providing an update on its ongoing buyback programme.
On 30 September, the company repurchased 64,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 6.58 and HKD 6.71, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.43 million. All shares bought were designated for cancellation.
Since the current mandate was approved on 24 August 2026, Vitasoy Int'l has bought back 5.06 million shares for cancellation at a volume-weighted average price of roughly HKD 6.46, spending a total of about HKD 32.67 million. The cumulative repurchases represent 0.50% of the company’s issued share capital on the date the mandate was granted.
As at 30 September 2026, issued share capital stood at 1,017.57 million shares. The repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled; once removed, the share count will fall by the corresponding 5.06 million shares.
Under Main Board rules, Vitasoy Int'l is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 30 October 2026 following the latest buyback.
