MICROWARE (01985) has announced the grant of 6.6 million share options to three eligible participants.
According to the company's announcement, the options were offered on July 28, 2026, under the share option scheme adopted on February 15, 2017. The grantees are eligible participants who will be entitled to subscribe for ordinary shares of MICROWARE with a par value of HKD 0.01 each.
The grant is subject to acceptance by the grantees before it becomes effective.
